Kenneth Greenberg

For the last five years, I have been building an Organizational Development firm, KLG Consultants, LLC. We have licensed professional development curriculum, workshops and assessment tools, including 360° tools, that we believe are state of art. I understand where and how to blend classroom training with real world leadership and management practices that have a positive outcome on quantitative results. In addition to employing off the shelf 360° tools, we have developed custom surveys, interpreted the resulting qualitative and quantitative data and made recommendations for action to the senior leadership of our clients.


As a former private equity professional, I participated in the creation of nine capital formations for various acquisitions. These capital structures included, side-by-side equity, mezzanine debt, senior term debt as well as working capital revolvers. I have been on several for-profit corporate boards and understand a wide variety of corporate finance issues from a principal’s perspective. I also facilitated the creation and implementation of strategic plans both as a director and for client companies. This gives me an ability to speak to a sophisticated c-suite and investor audience.

I am part of a number of executive networking groups, including The Denver Metro Chamber, where I facilitate a CEO roundtable group. These groups allow me to keep abreast of the ever-changing macro-economic business climate. I have made numerous contacts in the institutional investment world over the years, including private equity firms, hedge funds, fund of funds and family offices. While I have been focused on the organizational side of corporate development for the last five years, I have maintained many of those relationships.
