About
I have 34 years of corporate leadership experience including 20 years serving as a president, CEO and/or director of both public and private companies. I currently serve on the Executive Advisory Board of Moelis Capital Partners where I consult on acquisitions and serve on portfolio company boards. With domain expertise in aviation, logistics and energy, I have built global businesses ranging from technology startups to a billion-dollar subsidiary of FedEx. To date, I have secured $200M in equity and debt capital, created jobs for more than 6,000 people, provided products and services to customers in 100 countries, and led the successful acquisition and/or exit of seven companies. I graduated cum laude from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a Bachelor of Professional Aeronautics degree and hold a Master of Science in Business Administration from Kennedy-Western University. I am also a certified Board Leadership Fellow with the National Association of Corporate Directors.
