Previously member of the Oracle EMEA Management team responsible for marketing - annually driving in excess of $5.1bn of marketing sourced & influenced pipeline and over $500m of marketing sourced revenue.

Responsible for post-acquisition integration work for 30+ acquisitions across marketing functions and countries in EMEA, in collaboration with Corporate Development, global integration teams and EMEA business leaders.

Key recent projects:
- Defining & executing branding, awareness, channel & lead generation programs around key themes including:
Digital Transformation, Cloud, SaaS, PaaS, DBaaS, HCM & ERP.

- Transformation of marketing organisation from primarily event based to customer focussed digital marketing incl: defining social marketing strategy, driving persona based content marketing, implementing marketing automation (incl. Eloqua & BlueKai) & channel marketing automation.

- Early implementation of industry leading use of social media for B2B awareness, contact acquisition & lead generation. Establishment of global social media hub to raise awareness and demand around 18 key themes. Program extended successfully to leverage employee and partner advocacy.
