Pasquale (Pat) Minicucci, ICD.D

Pat is a seasoned financial services executive and an executive coach passionate about inspiring and uplifting individuals, teams and organizations to achieve what they thought was not possible. He provides informed advice, advocacy and strategic encouragement by establishing empathetic, supportive and confidential working relationships enabling leaders to be authentic, confident and accountable. He helps teams deliver exceptional results.
Pat’s career spanned over three decades in the Canadian banking industry, with over twenty years as a senior executive. During that time, Pat coached, mentored, and supported Boards of Directors, C-suite and senior executives in financial services and across a wide range of industries both in Canada and internationally.
In addition to being a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), Pat is a certified corporate director (ICD.d) from the Institute of Corporate Directors & the Rotman School of Business, and a graduate of the Advanced Management Program from the Harvard Business School. He is a fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers (FICB), and holds a B.Comm from McGill University.
