I have valuable experience in strategy creation and implementation as well as scaling business both domestically and internationally. I have reported to highly skilled boards from 2005 onwards, which has taught me a lot about the relevant issues on board level and what should be left to operative leadership.
By 2014, I have contributed to the board work of three companies for three years during which time the companies have grown 40-70% each.
Finally, I have passed the HHJ (certified board member education) at Helsinki Chamber of Commerce so I know also in theory how a board should be run. ;-)
