Ted Riddle

I served on the board and as CEO of H.I.G. Capital%27s (Private equity firm with $13B in assets under management) largest portfolio investment. This was a group of fully integrated aluminum mills based in the US and Canada. We sold the companies recently to a strategic Chinese conglomerate.

My 30 year career is split between NYSE public Fortune 500 and with leading Private Equity companies (Blackstone, H.I.G. Capital, and Platinum Equity). I have served on Sarbanes Oxley, M&A, Compensation, and other board critical committees. My executive strengths are creating organic growth strategies, installing Lean, and 80/20 KPI programs that drive accountability in the companies culture.

I am interested in public board seats with NYSE or Nasdaq companies that have revenues > $500m. Companies that use metal in their core manufacturing would be a good fit.
