I have extensive experience in senior level management of companies of various sizes and globally diverse presence. I’m adept in both formulating and implementing strategic initiatives to maximize shareholders values. Recent experience includes serving as member of the BoD of multiple boards with responsibilities of heading strategy and finance committees. I have the expertise in corporate governance and the understanding of the expectations from the fiduciary duties and other responsibilities of an independent director of an organization.
As an educator and published author, I have had the opportunity to share my experience by serving as a mentor to others in the areas of operations, strategy, change management and performance improvement, etc.
