I am interested in serving on the Boards of private companies which are under $50MM in revenues. Such companies often suffer from growth stagnation due to their inability to leverage core competence and technologies in adjacent markets, and this is precisely where my experience and interests lie. With my depth and breadth of experience, I believe that I can serve effectively as a strategic advisor to the CEO, help her/him effectively align technologies and products with adjacency, and develop people and process to efficiently enter and capture new markets.
