I have served on several board of Private Equity-backed businesses in the technology and consumer sectors. While at the Gores Group, I served on the Board of J Mendel, a 30MM retailer. As a Board Member, I have led the Audit Committee and have been very involved with financial and strategic oversight.

I have expertise in telecom, tech, consumer, health care, and non-profit industry sectors. As a C-level executive, I have helped companies with M&A, financing, business planning, recruitment, restructuring, operations, and corporate strategy.
