At the advisory board meetings I provide guidance to the companies in defining the real issues, setup action plans with them, that they can execute and I coach them on implementation strategies. In most cases the issues for the companies are not what they have listed on their own prior the meeting, but through interviews and small dedicated sessions, I apply my facilitation to narrow down into the core. During the meeting and via the facilitation of the diversity of the advisory board, the company receives a set of graphical and bullet point list to ease the post meeting processing and initiation of actions to be considered.
Within the WeBoard organization I provide instrumental tools, like deployment of strategies, communication within change management etc.
