My previous roles as a Non-Executive Director involved the development, design and implementation of the strategic plans, working with both internal and external stakeholders, governments, regulators, consumer groups and working with the Board of Directors including mentoring and guiding the management teams in each of their subsidiaries whist promoting good corporate governance.

As Non-Executive Director I work with an experienced board and I lead the company through a restructure due to expansion, which has added new divisions to its diverse portfolio of business units. I was responsible for decision analysis of the company and contributed to the strategic planning and decision making policies.

I selected and recruited new senior management personnel over the years and supervised implementation of plans and policies as directed by the directors%27 board.

Having developed a strong business from careful planning, I have led large scale complex national and international projects with revenues that have yielded large profits in quite often challenging environments that require tough negotiations, good diplomacy and good leadership.
