Paul McDonagh

I have gained senior management experience in Finland, France and the UK, and have travelled extensively during the course of my career.

I have held positions with governance responsibility as management team member for the UK subsidiary of a Finnish industrial company, vice-chairman of a school board of governors in the UK, and chairman and treasurer of a voluntary sector educational actor promoting Finnish language education in the UK.

My operational experience encompasses marketing and business development, finance and project management in business contexts ranging from family owned businesses to multinationals.

Much of my career has been spent with engineering companies, but my work in consultancy exposed me to various other sectors and more recently I have worked in education both in business development and academic roles.

I am particularly interested in assisting Finnish SMEs achieve their international business development ambitions.
