I am committed to helping and advising companies and public institutes in their challenges to find realistic, concrete and measurable ways of developing their business operations and strategy.
My approach is unique - I will not give abstract lectures and introduce new conceptual frameworks - instead I will work with you and in your company%27s language and cut off everything that is not beneficial for you or your business. This approach is also called No BS Consulting (NBC). I will dive in to detail where necessary and get my hands dirty if it serves your goals.

I%27ve been working as a director and a member of the board of directors since 2002. My main focus is in development of operations utilizing ICT and new production methods as well as architectures and process oriented approach. Later on I have acquired significant knowledge of competitive strategies and process models of successful companies and lean Governmental institutes.

I am familiar with several acknowledged business development approaches from six sigma to lean management and even balanced scorecard, but I have experienced that the methodology and conceptual framework behind these - however solid - needs to have concrete practical development experience and a certain mindset to put them in use as a natural development behavior for a company or an institute. Why learn a framework when you can simply benefit from the best parts of each without the burden of learning yet another conceptual framework.

My main interests are in helping others to find opportunities, streamline processes and get the customer experience to be something quite unique. I am also interested in bridging the gap between strategic management and operations as well as the gap between business and IT.
