An external board member or advisor is a flexible and affordable way to bring new expertise to the company. Unlike a consultant, a board member commits to your company on a long-term basis and becomes more cost effective than a consultant. Boardio self-service packages are cost efficient alternatives to search for advisors and board members. You place an add for your company and let interested advisors get in touch with you through Boardio. You choose with whom to start further discussions.

For self-service we have two alternatives, Company Free and Company Silver:

• Company Free: Recruitment ad with basic details, accessible by advisors with Premium package. With Company Free you receive on average 2 applications.
• Company Silver (290€+ vat):Recruitment ad with full details and attachments, accessible by all advisors on Boardio. With Company Silver you receive on average 10 applications.

Turnkey service (Company Turnkey - 2900€ success fee)

Boardio Turnkey service is a complete package for companies looking for advisors or board members. We search suitable candidates with interest in your company and you choose with whom to start co-operation. You only pay for the service if you start co-operating with one of the persons we find.

This is how we deliver the service:

• Call with the company to understand the company’s situation and need.
• Based on the call, we prepare a candidate profile description.
• We receive and review applications and interview the most suitable ones.
• We make a recommendation for the company on the most suitable people.
• Company decides with whom to start co-operation and the details of co-operation (such as tasks, compensation).
• We charge the fee only if company starts co-operation with someone we have found.
