Joseph B. Rosenberg

Joseph Rosenberg is an accomplished CEO, Board Director, and Operating Partner with a proven track record of leading cultural and operational transformations to drive exceptional financial outcomes. Currently serving as an Operating Partner at Shore CapitalPartners and an Independent Director at Premier ProduceOne, he advises leadership teams on growth strategy, operational execution, and long-term value creation. Joe is known for delivering results through disciplined governance, operational modernization, and culture-centric leadership.

Joe led the turnaround and successful exit of CenSea, a third-generation, family-owned seafood wholesaler, where he held full P&L responsibility for a $250M-$500M business. During his tenure, he tripled EBITDA, increased revenue by over 50%, and positioned the company for a strategic sale. He modernized systems and processes across IT, supply chain, fi nance, and marketing, and introduced formal governance structures including the company’s first shareholder agreement that aligned a multigenerational ownership group. He also secured significant tariff relief by engaging the U.S. Trade Representative through formal advocacy efforts.Earlier in his career, Joe held leadership roles at Nasdaq, Bridgewater Associates, Barclays, and Lehman Brothers, gaining deep experience in capital markets, institutional finance, and investor engagement.

Joe currently serves on the board of Premier ProduceOne and the nonprofit Ocean Outcomes, and is active in several leadership networks including YPO, the Private Directors Association, and the Executives’ Club of Chicago. He has completed courses in private company governance and private equity portfolio company governance, and has worked closely with boards to support succession and owner alignment. A graduate of the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, Joe resides in Chicago with his family.
