In parallel, the company aims to diversify beyond its current 'residential-and-office' focus, by selectively adding high-growth alternative assets (e.g. data centres, student housing, life-science labs, senior living, self-storage).
The company is now looking for an advisor to guide market prioritization and go-to-market strategy.
The advisor mission is
- To benchmark the regulatory, fiscal and demand fundamentals across the five target countries and to rank priority sub-regions.
- To size the supply-and-demand gaps and underwriting metrics for emerging asset classes.
- To shape a go-to-market roadmap (buy-and-hold vs. development JV vs. platform M&A).
The ideal advisor profile has
- 15 + years in pan-European real-estate investment or REIT leadership.
- Closed transactions in at least two of the target countries.
- Demonstrable know-how in one or more “new-economy” asset classes.
