A long-standing, exchange-listed real-estate investor wishes to identify which countries (incl. Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg and northern France) offer the best short-term entry opportunities.

In parallel, the company aims to diversify beyond its current 'residential-and-office' focus, by selectively adding high-growth alternative assets (e.g. data centres, student housing, life-science labs, senior living, self-storage).
