Growth Capital : The business should have the potential to grow 5 folds in the next 5 years, and the investment shall be used for the growth of the business.
Corporate Governance : The principles of transparency, accountability, and responsibility should be the uncompromising principles of the company.
Management Team : Shareholders and senior executives should have the vision and motivation to carry the business to a global scale.
Making a Difference : The business should be a fast company that owns niche areas in the sector with high global potential and should be able to clearly differentiate from its competitors.
Share Ratio : VIC members acquire a minimum of 20% and a maximum of 75% shares of the company.
Investment Amount : The investment to be made in a single company varies between $100,000 and $10,000,000.
Target Sectors and Companies : Any business not in need of intensive fixed asset investments (CAPEX), and all sectors except for real estate, hotel management, and pharmaceuticals sectors.
