• Led the IT/Systems integrations for the mergers and acquisitions of Avita Pharmacy and Galderma Pharmaceuticals with teams in Europe, the United States, and India, resulting in increased revenues, efficiencies, productivity, and cost reduction.

• Product/platform strategy, systems design, and business solutions for Optum Rx, DaVita Rx, WellMed, Centene, and MedAssets; resulted in workflow automation, and increased productivity, patient experience/CX, profitability, and revenue growth.

• Implemented SaaS/cloud platforms; achieved SOC 2 Type II attestation; built teams; drove CX & AI/ML automation; owned vendor/technology partnerships; technology contracts negotiation; adapted agile, lean, ITSM practices; resulted in increased sales, profitability, security, efficiency, productivity, and CSAT / NPS.
