Medical-Grade Cosmetics Brand seeking advisors & partners for global rollout

This startup creates and sells a medical-grade cosmetics brand for people with visible skin differences. They develop high-performance camouflage products that cover skin conditions in just one layer — while actively supporting skin health.

Their products are made for individuals with conditions such as rosacea, couperose, port-wine stains, burns, acne, and scarring — as well as for professionals like make-up artists, dermatologists, burn units, and the entertainment industry seeking clinical-grade coverage that is lightweight, waterproof, non-cakey, and dermatologically aligned.

The founder of the company was born with a visible skin condition himself (a facial port-wine stain), and spent over a decade testing, using, and improving camouflage products — from lived experience to clinical innovation. What started as a personal journey is now becoming a movement to empower people with visible skin differences, through inclusive, science-driven beauty.

This company is currently preparing their first production batch and looking for strategic advisors and partners to support their international growth — across both DTC (DirectToConsumer) and B2B channels.

The company is looking for advisors with experience in one or more of the following domains:

Dermatology, clinical validation or hospital access
- You bring access to hospitals, dermatologists or medical opinion leaders, and understand how to position products in a clinical context.

B2B distribution & retail in Europe or the US
- You can open doors at pharmacies, beauty retailers (e.g. Sephora, Douglas,…), medical wholesalers or e-commerce platforms.

International DirectToConsumer growth
- You’ve scaled consumer health/beauty brands across borders, and know how to localize marketing, claims and packaging per country.

Reimbursement, medical access or medtech expertise
- You understand reimbursement processes, patient journey mapping or how to integrate consumer products into medical routines.

Community-building or patient ecosystem
- You have experience working with patient associations, NGOs or peer support groups around visible skin conditions or inclusivity.

Early-stage fundraising & board strategy
- You’ve supported pre-seed or seed fundraising rounds and can guide our investor-readiness or strategic board composition.

Help them change how the world sees visible skin differences: We believe that people should be seen for who they truly are, and not judged by their skin differences. If this mission speaks to you, we’d love to connect and indicate clearly with which part of our challenges mentioned above you can help.
