I’m an enthusiastic and passionate HR leader with more than 10 years direct experience on the field within a multinational manufacturing corporation. Started as a local HR Business partner with significant exposure to transactional HR activities and industrial relations, I evolved internationally, moving progressively to People Development/Talent Management responsibilities and expanding my span of control throughout different organizations within Aptar.
After creating in 2017 a standalone Talent Management Organization for EMEA, I took over a dual responsibility, combining the role of Talent Management with a more generalist responsibility initially at regional level (EMEA) and then evolving globally.
Recently awarded as TOP HR LEADER by HRC AWARD 2022 Program, I am currently a member of two Global Leadership Teams – HR and Closure Business – as I’m covering a dual responsibility of Global HR Business Partner and Corporate Head of Talent. I am reporting directly to the CHRO and to the Global Business President of Closures Division, both members of the ExCom.
