I’m an enthusiastic and passionate HR leader with 15 years direct, end to end hands on HR experience on the field within a NYSE listed multinational manufacturing corporation, Aptar.
Aptar is a global player in the packaging industry, delivering dispensing solutions for Pharma, Beauty, Personal Care, Home Care, Food, Beverage markets.
Started as a local HR Business partner with significant exposure to transactional HR activities and industrial relations, I evolved internationally, predominantly with Talent Management responsibilities and expanding my span of control throughout different organizations within Aptar, living and working in Italy, France and US.
As executive HR Vice president, I am currently a member of two Global Leadership Teams – HR and Closures Business – as I’m covering a dual responsibility of Global HR Business Partner and Corporate Head of Talent, reporting to the CHRO and Segment CEO.
I am willing to advise companies (in particular manufacturing and consultancy) in any People related matters, in particular those experiencing transformations.
