Weโ€™re now looking for Ecosystem Leads to drive growth in different verticals and geographies. This role is ideal for well-connected, entrepreneurial individuals who want to support startups while building a flexible business of their own.


๐Ÿ” Who we're looking for:

Weโ€™re open to leads from any domain, including but not limited to:

  • SaaS and software

  • Fintech

  • HealthTech

  • Cleantech

  • PropTech
  • AI & deep tech

  • Hardware & IoT

  • Consumer tech

  • Edtech, Legaltech, Foodtech or any other growth sector

You can focus on your home country, a region (like Southeast Asia, Latin America, or Nordics), or operate globally โ€” the role is flexible and shaped around your network.


๐Ÿš€ What you'll do:

  • Represent Boardio in your chosen domain and geography

  • Build relationships with startups, scaleups, VCs, accelerators, and founder networks

  • Identify companies that could benefit from advisor support

  • Help companies define what kind of expertise they need and find them great advisors using the Boardio platform

  • Grow the local advisor base by identifying experienced professionals who want to support startups

  • Work independently but with access to our full toolkit (CRM, templates, onboarding support)

  • Join a global peer group of fellow Ecosystem Leads and Country Managers


โœ… Youโ€™re a good fit if you:

  • Have strong connections in a specific startup vertical or regional ecosystem

  • Understand the typical challenges startups face with scaling, funding, or entering new markets

  • Are entrepreneurial, goal-driven, and enjoy working independently

  • Bonus: youโ€™ve advised or mentored startups yourself

First step; Become Boardio Ambassador

If you are interested in becoming a Boardio Ecosystem Lead, we first ask you to join us as an Ambassador. The Ambassadorโ€™s role is to provide us with leads, such as connecting us with potential client companies or partners. This is a low-barrier opportunity to test whether you want to work more closely with us.
