I have a long international background which allows me to understand cultural impacts also in relation to business. I have lived for almost 15 years outside of Finland, in China, USA, France, Hungary and Senegal.
Via this experience I have developed a large network that supports my own knowledge base and can help in expanding business opportunities.
In my work experience I have started from the very basics but worked my way up by digging through the information available and becoming an essential part of the team%27s success.

In my current role as an independent entrepreneur and senior consultant with ERP and Financial process related projects I am supporting customer enterprises in implementing and updating their ERP systems (currently mainly SAP) as well as reviewing their finance processes and getting better results out of them, such as credit and collection management as well as financial reporting solutions.

I am also experienced in managing the outsourcing of centralized financial services on a global level.

In the last years I have been involved in VAT/GST data flows in financial accounting. I have performed the implementation of GST management for Malaysia, as well as now am also part of a project performing the needed changes for the ERP solution to manage the new Indian GST implementation.

In my previous position as the Group Controller (effectively CFO) I have been faced with challenges in relation to the liquidity of the company but as well as the full process of establishing a company in both Hong Kong and Mainland China.

With this experience I believe that I can be a valuable asset to a company that is looking to grow internationally, as not only I have personal experience but I have a very good network of professionals that can help in supporting the activities.

From a mentoring perspective my experience has been developing in my own management work. I have supported my employees in developing their own targets as well as the teams targets.
